| giesy106-20-04, 07:09 PM | I'm making a character for an up-coming campaign and was looking for suggestions. We are using 3.5 rules, but most valid 3.0 rules are still useable, I am using the 3.0 Half-Ogre Level 8 Total 3.0 Half-Ogre +6str/+2Con/-2Dex/-2Int/-2Cha +1lvl Adjustment Large Size Level 1 Barbarian 2 Cleric 3 Cleric 4 Cleric 5 Fighter 6 Fighter 7 Pious Templar (Of Kord) Str 18(29) +6 Racial +1lvlFour +4 Belt of Giant Strength Dex 15(13) - 2Racial Con 16(18) +2 Racial Int 10(8) -2 Racial Wis 14 ---- Cha 8(6) -2 Racial AC:22 (10-1Size+4Nat+8Plate+1Dex) Feats 1 - Weapon Focus: Greatsword 3 - .......? Fighter(5) - Improved Unarmed Strike Fighter(6) - Improved Grapple 6 - True Believer He gets 27,000 gp in Equipment as well, no limit on single item +4 Belt of Giant Strength 16,000 +1 Large Greatsword of Frost 8,350 Spiked Full Plate 1,550 1,100 gp Remaining As far as any semblance of tactic, it'd be Enlarge Person on self, possibly a silence on himself if time permits...and use the Greatsword on multiple foes and grapple and armor spike singular foes. For Having reach 10ft, does he get an attack of opportunity if someone uses his move action to move up to him? By moving through the far square into the nearer square? Any part of the character is open to revision except the need to have atleast 2nd level divine spells at his disposal. I'd also like to keep his BAB at atleast +6 for Multiple attacks. How Could I improve his grapple farther? Can he use armor spikes made for a character larger than his size at the -2 penatly? I'd really like to rely on just the armor spikes and that would make it a much more viable option. I'm open to any and all suggestions, different PrC? Spell Choices? Good Tactics? |

I don't think the larger armor spikes would work as I believe that would mean wearing armor a size larger then you Also, if I'm not mistaken reach doesn't give you the AoO for someone moving to you, but I could be wrong. Also, not enough levels of ninja.................. |
