[edited to reduce ramble and general incoherence] My DM has started crit-proofing most of the "boss" types (IE, anything but mooks), which makes an archer-rogue hitherto dependant on SA pretty well useless in combat. We're also moderately restricted re: numbers of classes/PrCs, and magic items are hit-or-miss (we have to get most commissioned). Is there a way to salvage a rogue 13/OotBI 3? My first thought is to start levelling in Ranger, or start a new rogue/ranger, but I'd like to see what's possible with what's already there.
