I was flipping through Sandstorm and saw this interesting prestige class, and for some reason it reminded me of the little blue men from Frostburn, Uldras. So I thought it would be an interesting idea to see if someone can come up with a playable (not Godly, but fun and effective at it's specialty) character using these rules: 28 Point buy (standard) 190,000 experiance (level 19* if you don't forfiet XP) Must have at least 4 levels of Lord of Tides Must be an Uldra Standard gold for level 20 Can use any Complete books, Races Of books, Core, Psionics, the "climate" books (sandstorm, shipwrack, etc) and UA. If you use something from a diffrent book (such as heros of battle or lords of madness) please tell us what book it's from. If you don't want to do a level by level build, that's perfectly fine, but keep with the theme. *Keep in mind: you have an LA + 1 Have fun.
