I'm wondering what I can take for a warforged Ape Totem Barbarian 3 / Fighter 2 / Warforged Juggernaut 5 to round him out to 20 levels. Frenzied Berserker leaps out at me, but I really hate the investment in crap feats and the potential for him to explode and kill everyone. A friend of mine suggested levels in artificer so he could use schemas of Total Repair, but it seems a bit off to me.

Does anyone have suggestions?

What, are fighters no longer in vogue nowadays?

What you can take because....why? You haven't given a direction or a goal.

I mean, if you want more spellcasting, take levels of wizard,... I can make suggestions like this all day, but I don't think they will help you a lot.

If you want more beat-down power, I suggest:
A level of bard, followed by warchanter
Exotic Weapon Master and uncanny blow
Looking at the pre-reqs for the epic-level Juggernaut PrC, and working backward
Kensai for a super-weapon

If you want better defense:
Pious Templar or Hexblade for Mettle
Rogue or Monk for evasion (may have alignment issues)
Anything with a will save

If you want all-around utility:
Ranger 1 for track and skill points
Warlock 2 and practiced spellcaster for 3d6 ranged touch and see invisibility

Artificer 11/barbarian 2/fighter 2/warforged juggernaut 5 is a pretty good build.

Otherwise I would suggest going for blackblood cultist.
