I'm building a 1st lvl Dwarven Fighter with the intention of moving to Dwarven Defender by 10th lvl. I'm using the Complete Warrior, DM's guide 3.5 and Player's Handbook as well as the Dragonlance Sourcebook (but not alot in their for Dwarves PRC or Feat wise). My GM isn't keen on letting someone have three classes and two PRCs type of thing and I imagine it would be doubtful he would allow things like Bear Warriors or such in Dragonlance since it's like LoTRs to him and he wants a traditional type party. Anyway he said Keen weapons are going to be available and we are using the 25 point rule system and Toughness, Dodge, and Endurance are the prerequisites. I was wanting some critiques on my feats and stats to pull off the standard FighterX/Dwarven Defender X. I want some heavy dmg but also some battlefield savy and am also using the 14 Int to compensate for low skills as a fighter.

Str 14 Dex 14 Con 15 (16 at lvl4) Int 14 Wis 10 Cha 6

1st Lvl Fighter: Combat Expertise, Improved Trip
2nd Lvl Fighter: Weapon Focus: Halberd
3rd Lvl Fighter: Combat Reflexes
4th Lvl Fighter: Weapon Specialization: Halberd
5th Lvl Fighter:
6th Lvl Fighter: Power Attack, Toughness
7th Lvl Fighter:
8th Lvl Fighter: Dodge
9th Lvl Fighter: Endurance
10th Lvl Fighter: Power Critical (From Complete Warrior)
11th Lvl Dwarven Defender PRC

So although not optimized, I thought he was pretty good for campaigns where the GM isn't keen on switching classes every three levels. Any suggestions?

See if you can get your GM to let you replace Toughness with Improved Toughness from Complete Warrior. Also, are you trying to make a trip specialist?

Probably not since Toughness is the prerequisite for the Dwarven Defender PRC. That would be sweet though. I just picked up the Complete Warrior and our GM is pretty squirrely about allowing allot from it even feat wise. I am trying to focus on descent dmg but also having the ability to trip fairly well for some variety. I might go Heavy Flail route and see if I can pick up Power Critical somewhere along the way and Improved Crit to gain that 17-20 X2 crit range but still keep my dmg and trip options.

Since you have to take Dodge anyway, look at continuing to Elusive Target (CW Tactical Feat), which is at its best when you're surrounded, as a dwarven defender is likely to be.
