5 items up to +1/2 and 2 items +3 (I'm thinking about Intelligent weapon here).
We would be playing in Sigil, then a lot of things are allowed :D
Point buy - 32

11-12-06, 02:42 PM Changeling Rogue 3/Hexblade 3, with the rogue substitution levels is a pretty good start. You get all the necessary skills, good saves, and Cha synergy.
