| Netstorm05-24-05, 04:30 PM | Lvl 10, only the "Compleet" books, DMG, PHB (so 3.5 only). |
| carnivore05-24-05, 04:38 PM | for Bows , try this: Ranger 2/ Fighter 2/ Paladin 2/ Order of the Bow Initiate 4 for Thrown weapons, try this: Ranger 2/ Fighter 2/ swashbuckler 1/ Master Thrower 5 :D |
| Netstorm05-25-05, 03:49 AM | for Bows , try this: Ranger 2/ Fighter 2/ Paladin 2/ Order of the Bow Initiate 4 way 2 lvl's ranger? and way 2 lvls paladin? for Thrown weapons, try this: Ranger 2/ Fighter 2/ swashbuckler 1/ Master Thrower 5 :D again, way 2 lvls ranger, isnt 4 lvl's ftr just as good? I may only use 2 classes and 1 PrC |
| utr05-25-05, 04:28 AM | way 2 lvl's ranger? and way 2 lvls paladin? again, way 2 lvls ranger, isnt 4 lvl's ftr just as good? I may only use 2 classes and 1 PrC why 2 level of ranger? 2 bonus feats, better saves then straight fighter, much better skills, favored enemy, wild empathy at the cost of approx 2 hp. Why paladin? detect evil, cha to saves (plus quite weak smite and heal), and fighter 3-4 gives only 1 feat. Paladin increases your mad though. Again ranger2/fighter2 is much better then fighter 4. See above. |

| Cunning Gnome05-25-05, 07:11 AM | I agree that ranger fighter is better ;) while we are on the subject is there an enchantment that lets you use the same thrown weapon several times in the same round? i think i remember seeing one somwhere. |

Maybe you are talking about the Telekinetic psionic weapon special quality. |
| carnivore05-25-05, 07:44 AM | you mean Teleporting: Teleporting: This ability can be imbedded only in weapons that can be thrown. A teleporting weapon returns through the Astral Plane to the creature that threw it. It teleports into the throwing creature’s empty hand in the round following the round when it was thrown, just before that creature’s turn. It is therefore ready to use again on that turn. Faint psychoportation; ML 5th; Craft Psionic Arms and Armor, psionic dimension door; Price +1 bonus. also the reason for the levels of ranger have already been explained, as for the "Paladin 2", i didnt have any books with me and couldnt remember if the requirements for OoBI were BAB+5 or BAB+6...........it could have been Barbarian 2, i just like Paladin for the Boost to saves(provided you have the ability scores for it) and the other nice things it offers. :D |
| carnivore05-25-05, 07:46 AM | there is a psionic power in RoW that allows the weapon to return in the same round and be used to attack again in the same round. :D |
| Cunning Gnome05-25-05, 09:47 AM | Yes thats it ;) can it be put on a weapon? |

| carnivore05-25-05, 02:12 PM | in that case : Ranger 2/ Fighter 2/ Swashbuckler 1/ Order of the Bow Initiate 5 :D |
| Siduakal05-25-05, 02:39 PM | Ranger 2/Fighter 2/Scout 2 could be nice, also.. The rest in Order of the Bow. |
| Blade271805-25-05, 04:06 PM | For throwing weapons, I like the gauntlets of Tarnhelm the Vigilant from PGtF. All weapons you throw are treated as throwing and returning. |
