Shugenja_OT_Void 07-14-05, 12:40 PM	I know this is a commonly asked question ,but i need a optimized elocater. I have been playing a friends home brew campgin that until recently has fun. Recently he just killed the last of our original party, and now he has decided that we need to start fresh. So after rolling stats i decided to play a psion/elocater that was going to focus on boosting his land speed to ungodly numbers. Well when i tried i found out durng playtesting that my creation fell short oh his goal. So i am went looking on the internet for such a build and i cant find one. So i throw my self on your mercy and beg if you will help me make a Psion/Elocater. I have seen some of the stuff you do on this site and this should be no problem for you. If you decide to help build this my stats are 17,16,15,15,13,12 I want to go into the elocater PrC so psion is a must, but multiclassing is not a problem. You can use 3,0 or 3.5. The books that can be used are The Core books and all the Splatbooks except Races of Stone and The Manuel of the Planes. If you need any more information just ask. I am exited to see the stuff that you do.
DisposableHero_ 07-14-05, 01:26 PM	If you're willing to depart from a psion based elocator you can do the following: Fighter2/Monk3/FistofZuoken4/Elocator8/Full BA Class 3 Take speed of thought, dash, skate, boots of striding a springing and play a Xeph and you have a land speed of: 30 base +10 Speed of Thought +10 Monk +10 Boots +5 Dash +15 Skate +30 Xeph --------------- 110 foot movement speed 3x per day, 125 ft downhill, 95 ft uphill and 65 ft without using burst of manifesting skate. This being in addition to scorn earth, full Fist of Z manifesting, +16 base attack, unarmed strike like a 7th level monk and the potential for teleporting + sun school action as well. For a psion based build: a Human Barbarian1/Fighter1/Psion4/Elocator8/Sanctified Mind6 with Dash, Speed of Thought, Skate, Boots of S&S has a similar speed (minus the xeph burst) and base attack with 15th level psion manifesting.
DisposableHero_ 07-14-05, 01:35 PM	Just to note, if you can use Oriental Adventures material (as you seem to indicate that you can) a 1 level dip in blade dancer (specifically for the fist of Z build) nets +30 speed and +10 to your acrobatic skills.

carnivore 07-14-05, 04:32 PM	try this also: Ranger 1/ Psion 6/ Elocator 7/ Slayer 6 BAB +15 16th lvl Manifester 7th lvl powers Great skills,very important....lots of skill points lots of special abilities free Teleport and Plane Shift as 3rd lvl powers continuous nondetection or Sanctified Mind can replace Slayer :D
