Once you gain the Quick-Draw Feat, then -- RAW -- yes. Logically, the answer should be no.

Throwing a one-handed or light weapon is normally a standard action, and throwing a two-handed weapon is normally a full-round action. (PHB 113) However, the Quick-Draw Feat says the following.

A character who has selected this feat may throw weapons at his full normal rate of attacks (much like a character with a bow).

While there are no abilities that I can think of off the top of my head that take a full-round action down to a single attack as part of a full attack, RAW this should allow chucking two-handed spears at your full attack rate. (This probably needs to be errata'ed.)

However, note that two-handed thrown weapons are still two-handed weapons. While the PHB is insistent that a two-handed weapon must be used with two hands in melee, it is oddly silent on the number of hands needed to throw such a weapon. RAW, there are no prohibitions against throwing a two-handed weapon with one hand -- just the aforementioned extended action length over throwing light & one-handed weapons.

Since a spear is not a light weapon, you would gain a -4 penalty to all attacks (in both hands) for using it in the off-hand (assuming you have the Two-Weapon Fighting feat). Other rules to keep in mind are to get Precise Shot to eliminate the -4 penalty for throwing into melee and that a thrown weapon only has 5 range increments, and all have very shot range increments. That means that you can only throw it 20 ft without penalty and a cumulative -2 penalty to your attack roll until topping out at -8 at 100 ft.

I wouldn't even consider the Two with One Blow PrC feature. You're already looking at a -4 penalty, and you want to make it a -8? (Plus range penalties?) In addition, your Half-Orc stats don't have good synergy with the fact that ranged weapons require Dex and not Str to hit. Doubletoss is redundant with having Two Weapon Fighting and Quick-Draw. I'm not sure why anyone would take it except to give you the option to make less attacks per round.

Plus, if you don't aren't starting at level 6 or higher, facing the choice between buying Quick Draw early to avoid having to take a full-round action or not taking it early to avoid making one of the 1st level benefits of Master Thrower redundant.

In summary:
RAW, it's possible, though it shouldn't be, and the penalties for doing it make the build utterly craptastic. I wouldn't advise it unless you go with throwing light weapons in the off-hand at the very least.

Using light weapons and combining it with Tempest might make it rather funny, though.
