Vital (non feat-granted) Powers by lvl:

Expansion
Hustle, Strength Of My Enemy
Claws of the Vampire (or Vampiric Weapon, depending on what your DM allows - creating a new power for your unarmed strike may be necessary), Danger Sense
Dimension Slide
Also Recommended: Defensive Prescience, Vigor, Force Screen. Possibly worth researching a Claw of Energy for your fists too.

Kalashtar variant: move all feats forward 3 levels as necessary, dropping either Sun School or Expanded Knowledge: Schism.

If your DM doesn't allow you to Quicken the Synchronicity power or use it with Schism (effectively increasing your manifester level cap by 5 if you use Synchronicity to manifest powers) replace EK: Synchronicity and Quicken Power with Overchannel and Talented.

This build is realy interesting, but I don't think I understand it fully.

Can someone please describe it in detail to me? What makes it powerfull?

In what books are the different Prestige classes and feats located? And please don't use any abbreviations, I don't understand half of them.

you can metamorphosis into somthing humanoid in shape (not necessarily in type, a giant or the like might work, so long as it's as big as it can be and you retain the monk unarmed strike damage) and then use expansion for some mean unarmed strike damage.

sun school is from the complete warrior and it allows to you make one attack after you use dimention door or anything like it (dimention slide in this case). since you can make dimention slide a move action, and gain an extra move action from hustle, you can move to your foe, get a bonus attack and then make a full attack.

somthing that is not meantioned in RT's post but might be worth considering is to make it a grappling build if you like to kill mages. you'll have some nice grapple bonuses from size, plus grip of iron if you want it (a psychic warrior power), though i doubt you'll need it to grapple the average mage. you can ready an action to manifest dimention slide if the caster casts a spell, so when they do you pop up beside them and use your free attack to initiate a grapple

the fist of zuoken is located in the expanded psionics handbook.

I believe that aside from the shape-changing-into-high-STR-monster granted by Metamorphosis, the idea is to use Sun School (which grants a full attack after teleporting to an enemy) in conjunction with Dimension Slide (which is a short-ranged teleport power that can be manifested as both Standard and Move actions), with Quickened Synchronicity (Synchronicity takes a standard action to manifest normally, but grants a readied standard action, quickened provides a 'bonus' standard action) and Schism (which partitions your mind to allow manifesting of an additional standard action power at -6 manifester level a round). So here's how your combat round goes:

Round 1- 34pps spent, 29 if refocusing only
Swift(free) action-Quickened Synchronicity
Synchronicity Standard Action-Schism
Normal Standard Action-Metamorphosis
Schism'd Standard Action-Claws of the Vampire
Normal Move Action-Refocus, or Dim.Slide+Full Attack

If you refocused first round (or had your buffs up before the fight, or during the first 'warm up' round), you have a 2 options:

A- 16pps spent/round, no focus needed
Schism'd Standard Action-Synchronicity
Synchronicity Standard Action-Dim.Slide+Full Attack
Normal Standard Action-Dim.Slide+Full Attack
Normal Move Action-Dim.Slide+Full Attack

B- 33pps spend/round, focus expended
Schism'd Standard Action-Synchronicity
Synchronicity Standard Action-Dim.Slide+Full Attack
Normal Standard Action-Dim.Slide+Full Attack
Normal Move Action-Dim.Slide+Full Attack
Normal Swift(free) Action-Quickened Synchronicity
Second Synchronicity Standard Action-Dim.Slide+Full Attack

Generally you want to do 'only' 3 full attacks a round, as 17 more pps for an extra full attack isn't needed unless you're in dire circumstances. Add in the great bonus feats, great stat bonuses, and good combat bonuses from Vow of Poverty, in addition to some other Monk feats and abilites, and you're looking at a Monster in combat! Also, with Metamorphosis, you can sack your physical abilites somewhat and simply change into an ass-kicking 10HD baddie of your choice and go to town. Add in life-stealing from Claws(fists) of the Vampire, and you are healing somewhat during every full attack you unleash. With a human, you're looking at around 30 WIS, or 121pps. Enough to go 4 full rounds of 3 full attacks after you buff and attack once the first round. If you're a Kalashtar, you can possibly full attack 2 more times depending on how many pps you have exactly, but at least once more a round.

Thanks so much for that long, and somewhat complicated, desription.

But I think I understand now.

Where can I find Synchronicity and Psychic Meditation?

Synchronicity is a power from Races of Destiny.

I found Psionic Meditation (Only reason I didn't find it was because RT misspelled it :P ) But I don't quite see why it's so important.

What are the main thing about being able to focus quicker? What good does focusing actually do?

(I've never had any experience with Psionics.)

Expending Psionic Focus is required to use a Metapsionic feat.

It allows you to use metapsionics every round and still make a full round's worth of attacks when using it with hustle.

I thank humbly for both answers.

Make sure your DM even allows synchronicity... most don't because it is so broken.

What's the point in taking Wild Tallent?
Um...because you won't have power points otherwise?

What's the point in taking Wild Tallent?
Fist of Zuoken requires it. While 99.9% of the DMs allow Naturally Psionic to qualify (which makes his Kalashtar suggestion better than he seems, since you don't need to lose a feat, and gain 18 PP overall), there's the rare stickler that doesn't.

And before you ask: Synchronicity can be combined with Affinity Field and a partner to give one character extra standard actions in one round (an extra action per power point). This isn't as bad as it was before (which gave infinite actions without the need for a partner), but some DMs still have a problem with it. (I do, for instance, but I think my problem lies more with Affinity Field.)

A Quickened Synchronicity is very similar to Quicken Power, but grants you your FULL ML in whatever power you manifest (since it's a separate manifestation with your new action), as opposed to Quicken eating up 6pp worth. The net cost is 1 more pp than usual, for Synchronicity.

Now, to answer ANY mechanical questions you may have on the build, I'll assume you know how to play a monk, and direct you here, to the New DM/Player's Guide to Psionics (http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=486266). That's a conversational rules-summary and general tips for starting out with psionics.

you can't take levels in fist of zouken until you have wild talent

Myth 25: Synchronicity is overpowered
Answer: The wording of Synchronicity is actually the problem with this power. Does it grant an extra standard action? By the way it specifies move action + standard action, I'm inclined to say no, and that would be the way to keep it balanced. The overpowered view comes from those who feel that this grants them their normal allotment of moves in a round plus an extra standard action, which the power description does not state is gained.
Now, were this power Contingency-ed or Quickened, you would essentially have your first round of full actions (minus your swift) and your second round of actions where you can take the standard anytime you want. This sounds better than it is, since the power never states you get an extra standard action. While this does allow you to change your place on the initiative count based on need, it does not, nor should be thought to, grant you an extra standard action.
Even using Anticipatory Strike does not grant an extra standard action. The rules of readying an action, which this power does, clearly state that once you take your action, you have essentially used a new turn's standard action and your initiative count changes.
