My question is simple : Can the spell "Telekinesis" be used to dislocate an opponent's bone? I know that it only takes 25lbs of pressure to the side of the knee to dislocate that, and if you where to do that, your opponent wouldn't be able to stand. What do you guys think, is it feasable?

No. D&D does not really support hit location based damage.

This is better put on the Magic board. But I don't think the rules don't really support this kind of thing. In theory, sure it could work — but then, so could hitting the knee with a mace, and there aren't rules for that. The hit-point damage that is sustained by casting the spell is the physical damage is does; if you want more than that, you'll need house rules on called shots, maiming, etc. Lots of groups have such rules, I'm sure.

Also, telekinesis can be targeted on an object or a creature — not a portion of a creature.
