Can this be broken? [Archive] - Wizards Community

03-19-06, 06:26 PM Okay, so, my DM allows a feat that he created that is a variant of Power Attack. It works as follows:

You may subtract a number equal to your Strength modifier (only if positive and it can't go below 0) from your attacks and add twice that much to your damage.

It's called Bruiser.

I was trying to figure out how to make the best of this. Any suggestions? PS, I want to use it with a Monk build if possible as to make myself more of a martial artist rather than a mystic character.

03-19-06, 06:31 PM That's just a more limited power attack that gives 2:1 even on 1 handed weapons... I guess to make the most of it dual wield.
