11-07-07, 10:57 AM Ok, so the whole party has become soul shells in hell, we are in a prison awaiting our meeting with The Auditor, who apprarently is the last person who makes the final decision to turn us into maggot paste by throwing us into the pit. Any advice? (other than say our goodbyes and start writing up new characters)

Anyone know who this Auditor is? Any ideas on how to get him (it?) on side? Bribery? Does it have any known weaknesses?

Any ideas greatly recieved as i love my character and dont want to lose him forever,

Thanks.

11-07-07, 11:28 AM Convince the Auditor (who I think is your DM's homebrew) that you are worth more alive than maggot paste. Or try praying to any and all gods in the hopes one might intercede for the right price.

11-07-07, 11:37 AM Theres a note in FC2 that you can ask for exception, where upon you are pulled before the Diabolic court, and must make some skill checks... Profession Liar (Sorry, Lawyer :P ) is one of them but otherwise...

Edit:
Aha.

The character must be knowledgeable enough to demand Adjudication (Knowledge planes or Religion 20) where upon you must convince a Pit fiend Judge of your innocence.
(Opposed skill checks)
