| Thegans07-21-07, 03:41 AM | In the Fiendish Codex 2 it says that erinyes and pleasure deviles are the only non unique devils capable of becoming pregnant and that young erinyes are the only ture offspring raised in Baator. Since all of the information I have on erinyes seem to describe them as female is there a male equivlent or do the erinyes mate with other types of devils to give birth to erinyes? |
| Rerecros07-21-07, 03:56 AM | Unlike other devils, erinyes appear attractive to humans, resembling very comely women or men. Though using accurate mythology, enyrines are entirely female manifestations of vengance born from the blood of the oldest god when his son castrated him. |
| Asra07-21-07, 02:10 PM | Yep. So basically in D&D they're male or female, at least by default, though you can change this easily. |
| HighPriestMikhal07-21-07, 02:21 PM | Somewhere on Mimir.net (http://www.mimir.net) male erinyes are referred to erinyi. It's nice to have a name to these things. |

Anyway as I said the help was appreciated. |
