I'm just wondering if its mentioned anywhere how old everything is? Is there a timeline or anything listed anywhere? Is there any vague listed date for the Blood war and the whole Chaos vs. Law war?

The only published timeline that goes into that period of history (that I'm aware of), was published in the Hellbound: The Blood War" box set. However at a certain point the timeline bullets don't have years listed, just the order of relative occurance.

That said, Rip has worked on one, adding things and some notion of years, based on years given for events in other sources.

I remember that thread. I've saved the timeline (And edited a few bits). It places the age of the multiverse at 1.2 million-1 million years old, though it's mostly based on relative occurance (There's no telling when time stabilized back then).

The only firm date is that the tanar'ri lord Turaglas is a million years old (according to his Dragon article). That means the tanar'ri must be at least a million years old. However, it's not clear if Turaglas was born before or after the Battle of Pesh that marked the beginning of the fall of the obyrith race.

Celene, the closer of Oerth's two moons, lost its atmosphere and the advanced civilization that had once lived on it about two million years ago according to Greyspace.

The Hellbound timeline doesn't have any firm dates even for relatively recent events like the death of Orcus.

I was just searching for a timeline. I'm sure there was one posted on the boards, with reference to an enworld topic. It also featured aboleth and the like. Does anybody has that timeline or the link to it? :)

Edit: never mind. I found it myself.

Link. (http://www.enworld.org/showthread.php?t=166206)

Ya, I really didn't like that throw away number! Smacks too much of truly pointless mythological hyperbole (and poor design). So I threw it out. I changed the date of the destruction of the Kule civilizations to 6100 years ago, had the survivors gate to Oerth, and establish the Suel civilization. :D Yes, 1 SD (Suel calender).

Of course, people who know me will already know that the Codex of the Infinite Planes (http://melkot.com/arcane/codex.html) had something to do with that.

The interpretation I'm currently favoring is that Celene's civilization was ruled by the Wind Dukes of Aaqa, and that its destruction was an attack by the forces of Chaos.

So however long ago you think that was...
