I would think that yes but I went through Fiendish Codex and didn't found them (quick search tho) I'm pretty sure I saw them somewhere but don't remember any1 can help? If they go no drawn symbol is there a description somewhere? For more specific info I'm searching for Mephistopheless' one since he got clerics in the game I'm currently running

No illustrations of the archdevil's symbols appear in any 3rd edition source to my knowledge. And they are neither described nor illustrated in Fiendish Codex II. If you'd like descriptions (although Lilith, not Glasya, is Lord of the Sixth in the DF cosmology), Gates of Hell (http://dicefreaks.forumz.cc/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=8) Chapter 9 has descriptions of symbols for each of the Lords of Hell.

The last paragraph of each section under the subheading "Revealed Cults" (pages 26 through 28) describes each cult's favored weapon, available domains, and unholy symbols.

I checked the description of the Mark feats, the Aspect stats and the Layer descriptions. Thought that would have been enough. Clearly I was wrong. But the BoVD has absolutely nothing of the sort, so the bulk of my concern still stands.
gravenhurst 04-22-08, 06:16 PM	I recall the insert booklet (precursor to Unearthed Arcana?) from Lost Caverns of Tsojcanth, that the name of the fiend was only needed for summoning or binding them. And it was more important to use the right type of circle versus consorting with fiends; though symbols could be used in the drawing of the circle diagram to identify who the circle was drawn for. What are the symbols being used for? Just in recognizing them as Mephistopheles clerics unholy symbol? Then defer to Fiendish Codex 2, like suggested: a flame rendered in copper and gold.
