I used top have a copy of the First edition Deities and Demi-gods. In it they had listings not only for the Greek, Egyptian and Norse Pantheons but also sort-of well-researched presentations of Indian, Chinese, Japanese, Finnish, Mayan, Native American and Arthurian legends. My favorite was the Celtic Mythology Characters. I am very proud of my Irish roots annd am disappointed to find few people are familar with Gaelic Myth. If anyone has 3.0/3.5 stats for any celtic gods please share them. If not I hope soon to Present Cucuchlain, Scathach and other gods and heroes. Cucuchlain will be the most uber, badass barbarian in existance.

Unfortunately, the celtic pantheon is not presented in the third edition.
You will have to do like many other DMs : Adapt the gods from the 1st or 2nd edition to the third.
Instead of spheres of control, you have domains. Easy.

The was an issue of Dragon magazine presenting various pantheons, including the celtic, but it was not really outstanding.

Avalanche Press also published the Celtic Age supplement, including some of the gods, but not all, and under a slightly different approach. Basically the fluff is great, but the crunch is quite arguable.

There is a free product here that you might find useful ("Celtic Druids & the Tuatha De Dannan").

Other gaming companies have published Celtic themes: Slaine for example (but it appears to be out of print and may difficult to obtain). However, Celtic Age is available from RPGNow as a pdf file for $14.99.

Dicefreaks has done some interesting work on revamping the various Gods in general. You might take a look there. Also, they have created some really interesting fey creatures.

You also might find something useful here: http://www.piranhabros.net/SPQR/religion/celtic.html

Not D20, but Gurps Celts is really good and well written. You'd have to remake pretty much all the mechanics but it's worth looking at just for the information and atmosphere.
