I'm assuming it is okay to present here my own custom pantheon here, yes?

Seeing as you can post custom classes in the class section, and custom races in the race section, it's only logical to assume so.

Anyways, for my campaign, there are going to be two major pantheons, is it okay to do that in a campaign? The two main continents in my campaign are currently unaware of one another, one continent is on the verge of inventing ships, and will soon discover the other.

Regardless, I am horrible with names, and would love any suggestions on them, I'm also hoping I can receive general suggestions for one of the two pantheons in particular.

I don't have specific names for either of them, but the groups of races that worship them are quite differentiated.

Note: I'm using my own Goblins (Hobgoblins and Bugbears, too), Dwarves, and Gnomes in my campaign, eventually I will have all of them posted Here (http://forums.gleemax.com/showthread.php?t=943085). (PEACH!)

The "Human" (also Dwarf and Gnome) Pantheon:
One deity would head this pantheon: according to stories, he was the only thing in existence. This deity became lonely, and decided to create other deities, this defines him as a father figure, and leaves him referred to as the god of fraternity and creation. He is also the strongest of all the deities, and feels it is his duty to protect his 'children,' reinforcing, again, his fatherly image.
This, of course, leaves room for plenty of various deities, but I was hoping for a smaller selection of deities, perhaps "two-tone" deities. For example, the god of trickery could also double up as the god of fire. (Yes, that's an allusion to Loki ;P)
Feel free to suggest any particular deities, but I need a god who is symbolized as a rat (possibly the aforementioned one resembling Loki).

The "Goblin" (Goblins, Hobgoblins, and Bugbears) Pantheon:
The goblins (particularly bugbears, who are the strongest of the goblins), are trying to 'convert' everyone to their beliefs, not aggressively, however. The goblin pantheon is Chaotic Good, and believes that there should not be a government, but a council. This council has laws, of sorts, but it's a strictly democratic process, and each race has it's own representative (the three goblin races each have their own, although hobgoblins tend to be the spokespeople of the goblins). This pantheon is very important and desperately needs expansion.

I'm about to sleep on this, we'll see if anything great hits me overnight. Don't hesitate to suggest things!

Of course dude, its your campaign, which means that you can do any damn thing you want. You could even have a monotheistic system if you really wanted. The only mechanical issue that a limited pantheon will create are alignment and domain issues. But these are easily remedied by imaginative solutions.
