I was doing some thinking - is there a Good-aligned god of knowledge and learning in the core setting? I know Vecna (on the evil side) has some aspects of knowledge, and Wee Jas and Boccob serve that purpose as neutral deities, but I'm surprised there's no Good deity of knowledge, wisdom, and learning.

Not in the core pantheon in the PHB. But if you're looking for Greyhawk gods more generally, there are the following:

Delleb, god of reason, intellect, and study: Lawful Good

Lirr, goddess of poetry, prose, literature, and art: Chaotic Good

Lydia, goddess of music, knowledge, and daylight: Neutral Good

Rao, god of peace, reason, and serenity: Lawful Good

They all offer the Knowledge domain. There are also others.

Why does Wee Jas=Nollij?

I think the original poster is equating magic with knowlege. Wee Jas portfolio doesn't include knowlege but it does include both magic and law.

that's the connection I'd made, yes, 420.

And thanks for the list, Caeruleus - I shoulda expected Greyhawk to have it.

No problem. Also check the PDF file that Thanael linked to, it has a more complete list.
