| CONMAN246904-13-07, 08:11 PM | Can a Diety of higher rank than yourself cause you to die from massive damage? Even if you are a rank 1 Diety. What do you do if you disagree with your GM and he won't hear your side of the story? |

| Mirtek04-14-07, 06:40 AM | And the rest? DvR 0? They still have to make their saves. |
| Evil DM Mk304-14-07, 06:46 AM | And the rest? How do I deal with a GM who thinks he need us to have that limitation? It is his game. However try and point out however that even gods like BOucoub can deal enough damadge with weapons such that the gmae will decend to divine rushian roulette. |
| LordKandis04-14-07, 12:50 PM | Also, point out that at any level where the PCs are deities (which should be well above 20th), there no reasonable point to massive damage rules anyway. When it's easily possible to deal 50+ points of damage on a single melee attack, everyone's saves are 40+, and no one fails a save on a "1", then rolling for saves against massive damage becomes a pointless, game-slowing, mechanic that should be discarded. |
