| Maull04-28-07, 08:57 PM | How do Clerics gain additional domains? |
| JulesCARV04-28-07, 09:10 PM | There are various prestige classes that do it. In addition, the cloistered cleric gets the Knowledge domain for free, in exchange for d6 hit dice, poor base attack bonus, light armor and no shield proficiency, etc, along with 6 + int skill points and a slightly expanded spell list. What sort of cleric are you? Who do you worship? The Sovereign Host? Pelor? Bane? The most generic route is the Contemplative from Complete Divine. |
| Maull04-28-07, 09:48 PM | I'm trying to get a monk/cleric thing going. I'm not tied down to anything yet, but it will have to be lawful. |
| WarDragon04-28-07, 10:28 PM | Step 1: Become Epic. Step 2: http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/feats.htm#bonusDomain Alternatively, it sounds like Contemplative and Church Inquisitor would both fit with your concept. There's also Dracolyte and Warpriest for consideration. |
| Runepriest04-29-07, 11:54 AM | Step 1: Become A very powerful character. Step 2: Kill whatever deity you worshiped. Step 3: eat pie! |
| gullas04-30-07, 07:52 PM | wasn't there a extra domain(epic) feat in complete divine? |
| Borris05-03-07, 07:53 PM | Like the Contemplative and such, the Divine Disciple prestige class from the Player's Guide of Fearūn also gives access to one additional domain. And despite the name, you needn't change anything to have it work in any other campaign setting. |
