Trying to decide on what prestige class my paladin should become, and a very important question appeared: Is there ANY gods at all with the favored weapon: Lance?

In that case, the Pious Templar would be a nice option, but if not, I'd rather go with another mounted.oriented class. Checked every book I have about the deities, but couldn't find one single god:mad:

Thanks for your time

You could worship a concept of chivalry. Or Sir Lancelot. No official god that I'm aware of has a favored weapon of lance though.

And if you are going mounted, I'd suggest cavalier.

I know, I'm seriously considering him. Thanks for the thoughts! I'll ask my DM if he will allow me to worship a "Sir Lancelot". But, anyways I'll most likely go with the Cavalier...

The reason the is no such deity is that there usually is not much oppoortunity for mounted combat in a normal campaign. ;)

As a DM I'd say that a power who is representing chivalrous ideals would have the lance as favored weapon besides her or his standard favored weapon.

worshiping the ideal of chivilry or honor might get you the lance, Honor a bit more than chivelry though. thats how i would have it in one of my games, but its true, most deities wouldent have itbecause its not that great of a weapon off a horse.
