ishihara 06-18-07, 04:35 PM	hi! i'm pretty sure this is about the 1000st time someone is asking this, but could someone provide me with a list of all the planes that have a flowing time trait, you know where time runs either faster or slower than on the prime? i just took an hour to go through the deitis and planes FAQ, but apparently was unable to find something similar. thanks a lot in advance

Faerie The Far Realm Region of Dreams I believe that's it, though there may also be demiplanes and Abyssal layers that have it.
ishihara 06-19-07, 04:19 AM	what about dal quoar or something? i think i read about it concerning the planar shepherd and someone said there that every round on the prime equals 10 rounds there or so.

Well, Dal Quor is Eberron's Region of Dreams, so that sounds likely. It's much the same as the core Region of Dreams. You'd be better off asking in Eberron's magic and the planes forum for more on their cosmology.
