1. Does anyone have a 'complete OFFICIAL' list of the gods in greyhawk, i know the ones in the players handbook, and i know lloth but other than that i dont know.

2. I have heard it said that dieties and demigods says that gods power is determined by followers? if so i think this is bunk, a good should be his own entity-thats like saying my high level wizard coulndt cast 7th level spells if someone didnt believe in him.

DDG does not say this. This was something that is promoted by FR in 2e based on the Time of Troubles- Ao decides deity power depends on followers. It was also the almost completely accepted premise under Planescape, though its god-book On Hallowed Ground mention that this was only the most prominent theory.

Planar Handbook says some Athar (a faction that hates gods as false pretenders unworthy of worship - some believe in true gods) believe that there is an artifact that, if destroyed, would depower all gods.

I believe the official 3e position is that gods are not worshipper dependent.

Personally I agree with you for most of my prefered campaign arcs. But at times I do see the value of worshipper-dependent gods.
