| SpudMaster11-09-07, 04:08 PM | I have been searching for a way to age my Dragon PC, so i dont have to take levels in a Humanoid PrC. or class From my understanding The plane would be Thelanis and time moves at 7x material plane. is there any other places I could have him "travel" were coming up on a bit of a break where I could have him go off by himself while I play a cohort during some non Combat heavy RP moments times. (there is a definet 3 - 4week period where the PC's will have a break asuming we finish this story arc so that they can catch up and do charecter RP advancment (higher levels runing a barony n such)) |

Most DMs aren't likely to allow you to artificially age a PC (much less a draconic one) as a loophole to gaining the abilities dragons gain with increased age and size. |
| Igfig11-12-07, 02:32 PM | I disagree. It's always seemed strange to me that a dragon PC could grow by one age category (usually 3 levels) in as little as 10 days (assuming 4 level-appropriate encounters per day). If your PC was living in a faster-timed plane between adventures, that could explain the sudden increases in age and power very handily. And do remember that time spent in a faster plane still feels the same subjectively to one living there. If an observer on the Material notices one day passing, seven days pass for another observer on Thelanis. It's just relativity and the twin-paradox and whatnot. |

It's always seemed strange to me that a dragon PC could grow by one age category (usually 3 levels) in as little as 10 days (assuming 4 level-appropriate encounters per day). That is silly. The obvious solution is that the character can gain class levels or more hit dice with experience, but not increase in age category. |

Each round that passes in the stasis you age 1d4 years. Now you just need to invent a way to pay an epic demon and trust it at the same time. |
