Drow64 07-18-07, 05:31 PM	Mecharius Mecharius(Greater God, Lawful Neutral) Portfolio: Constructs, order, protection, preservation. Domains: Law, Protection, Strength, Construct. Mecharius is a god of constructs. Technically, he is not a god, as he can freely travel to the Material Plane. He does, however, have divine powers of great magnitude. Awakened constructs, half-constructs, incarnate constructs, part constructs, and constructs that are just constructs but have intelligence worship him. Any of the above that do not follow a god and constructs without intelligence scores don't worship him, but instead always keep him in mind and follow any orders he gives them. Mecharius appears as an impossibly giant humanoid construct. He wears full-body armor(Actually his "skin") that is made of the finest metals and is always polished. Even if he gets covered in the stinkiest, stickiest muck, he always looks brand-new. His armor has many golden runes upon it. He wears a helmet made of the armor's material and is always polished. It bears the holy symbol of Mecharius upon the forehead. He carries a giant greatsword of the finest quality that is covered in golden runes. Mecharius's holy symbol is a clock with a shortsword as the hour hand and a longsword as the minute hand. Clerical Training: In order to become a follower of Mecharius, one must charge with weapon in hand against a Greater Image of a colossal dragon without hesitation or fear. Quests: Mecharius's tests often involve destroying or neutralizing a potential threat to a given area. For the strongest of clerics, the given area can be an entire plane of reality. Prayers: Prayers to Mecharius are silent, where one must give thoughts to Mecharius. The thoughts are not words, though. They are pure emotion. Temples: Mecharius's temples are built either in the largest of metropolises or the most isolated wildernesses. Rites: Mecharius rites are when his clerics gather in a circle, then start whirring, clicking, beeping, and stomping all at the same time at the exact same tempo. The tempo and "song" varies with the kind of rite. Heralds and Allies: Mecharius has three heralds, called the Demigolems. The Demigolems are three advanced golems: A stone golem, a clay golem, and an iron golem. His allies include warforged, inevitables, automatons, golems, clockwork horrors, shield guardians, and runic guardians. Favored weapon: Greatsword. Construct domain Granted Power: You gain a +3 bonus on Will saves and Fortitude saves. 1: Unseen Mechanic (As Unseen Servant, but repairs instead.) 2: Bear's Endurance 3: Protection from Energy 4: Discern Lies 5: Passwall 6: Bigby's Forceful Hand 7: Hold Person, Mass 8: Protection from Spells 9: Bigby's Crushing Hand
