I am for a game world shaping a new Domain for a Neutral Evil Goddess of Dark Elements, Nature Catastrophes, or perverted Nature. I am not totally sure as to what way to go here, but I can give you what I have and would ask for your opinion.

Granted Power:
This Domain grants the effect of the Spell "Endure Elements" as a Su ability. (Ex Ability?)
alternatives:
I might simply go for the domain power of the Windstorm (also known as Weather) domain as an alternative, but as I don't want to focus on Storms and Lightning...

Domain Spells:
Several choices listed for each level, my primary choices are denoted by a *
Level 1:
Obscuring Mist
Shocking Grasp
*Cloudburst
Wall of Smoke
Winter Chill
Hail of Stone
Level 2:
Resist Energy
Summon Swarm
Binding Winds
Creeping Cold
*Winter's Embrace
Level 3:
Wind Wall
Call Lightning
Protection from Energy
Corona of Cold
*Heatstroke
Level 4:
Blight
Control Water
*Eye of the Hurricane
Level 5:
Blight (yep. Again)
*Call Lightning Storm
Control Winds
Insect Plague (I like this one, but it seems underpowered to me)
Arc of Lightning
Level 6:
*Move Earth
Wall of Stone
Acid Fog
Control Water
Level 7:
*Control Weather
Creepign Doom
Firestrom
Level 8:
*Earthquake
Sunburst
Whirlwind
Incendiary Cloud
Polar Ray
Level 9:
Meteor Swarm
*Elemental Swarm
Storm of Vengeance
Whirldwind, Greater

I am rather sure about level 7 and 8, unhappy with Level 9, but hey that's not because the spell would be bad.

Well those are my picks. I did not yet look through ALL spells in the spell compendium... But this is pretty much what I came up with so far. Thoughts? Improvements?

Background
The god behind this fabrication is a new rivaling Drow deity, surface oriented, which sees them as a chosen race, a force of nature, and a violent force as such.
The domains I have in mind are:
Darkness, Destruction, Drow, Dark Elements (see above), ... ,... (yep 2 remain to be chosen. I plan on a portfolie of 6 domains)
