I have a friend who is looking to start up a 3.5E Planescape game. He is curious if there's been any coverage of Sigil in Dragon Magazine or in supplements.

If so? What issues and articles?

Also, have the factions been coverred? And what to do about Modrons?

The Planar Handbook has a substantial amount of information on Sigil.

Although the original Planescape supplements are really your best bet, and most of them can be bought legally and very inexpensively as PDF downloads at Paizo.com or DrivethroughRPG.com.

Planewalker.com is a fan-run planescape site, and it also has some good stuff about Sigil.

Yes, there's an entire Dragon issue devoted to everyone's favorite geometric construct race. I forget the exact issue number, but's it's farily recent. March I believe.

April. April 2007.

There's also a web enhancement with modrons (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20010921a).

A very nice 3rd edition version of Planescape can be downloaded here (http://planewalker.com/downloads/products/released.php), with monsters here (http://planewalker.com/codex/download.php). For pre-Faction War, see Kriegstanz (http://www.kriegstanz.com/index.html).

I think it was April's Dragon Magazine that has more info on Modrons (including rules for playability).

Also, the Demonweb Pits adventure has 3.5 rules for Dabus (Dabi?) in back.

Thanks for the information. I'll pass it along to my friend.
