03-05-07, 11:24 AM I am looking for the rules on portal creation, if i recall correctly in one of the books there is a feat or a side bar concerning these permanent gate's. does anyone knows where i can find it?

if there are no rules from one of the books from wizards maybe there are some example's already made in this or other forums which i couldn't find in the history of this forum.

any help is welcome
