I've seen a little information on the quasielemental planes, but its very obscure. what sources besides www.planewalker.com is there on them? Or if anyone knows more, please post here.

Who are the "lords" of them? I saw a post about Sun Sing and that kind of got me pondering it.

The Quasielemental and Paraelemental planes are covered in the Planescape book The Inner Planes. I'm guessing that would be the best source for information on that subject.

The 2e Inner Planes sourcebook has the most detailed information on them, with some additional bits coming from Dragon magazine's 347 and 353s' article on the Evil and Good archomentals (they mention some of the various para and quasielemental lords and their relation to the various archomentals, etc).

Not all of the "lords" of the quasiemental planes are anything more than self-proclaimed, and some of them don't necessarily claim anything (like Sun Sing, whoever or whatever it actually is). Some of them like Bwimb II are legit archomentals, while others like Gazra or Ehkahk are powerful quasielementals, quasits, etc.

if you get a legal electronic pdf, the Inner Planes book (the only one you'd need) is $4:

I'm not so sure that Bwimb II is a legit archomental. The PSMCIII explicitly states that she's not.

Edit: No, wait. It says that Bwimb wasn't. It doesn't mention Bwimb II at all.

Also, "Li Po's Hermitage" if it comes up.

It's been suggested that Bwimb II is an archomental (mostly by Bwimb II herself), but she's a ruler of the paraelemental planes, not the quasielemental ones.
