| stargate52508-18-07, 04:13 PM | How many core spells, abilities, feats, etc. etc. rely on there being a shadow plane? I'm trying to retool the concept in my campaign setting, and want to make sure everything it currently does is accounted for, either by another plane or keeping it with the Shadow Plane. Thanks in advance. |

There are numerous other sources that expand upon the idea what can be done with the plane of shadow, however. |

Mechanically, there is no change, but the effects are more fey-like in feel and fluff, with the images and figments drawn from the depths of all dreaming minds. We use the [shadow] modifier on spells like darkness, deeper darkness, shadow walk (in addition to dream walk)...such spells generally have to affect illumination, though a few deal with more general stealth or movement. |
