Renbbuu, Slaad lord of color [Archive] - Wizards Community

03-10-07, 04:52 AM I was wondering were I may find more information about the Renbuu the slaad lord of color. I jsut have a brief description of him and am looking for more.

03-11-07, 12:56 AM I don't know the number (lost the cover), but he's described in great detail in the Dragon magazine from September of '95. It'd probably be hard to find and it's 2e, so the crunch won't be much help, but there's some good fluff in there.

Much of that material is then repeated in 'On Hallowed Ground' in the section about the Slaad Lords. Don't have the Dragon issue on hand at the moment to compare the differences between the two however.

Ebay is your best bet, because unfortunately there's no legal pdf available to purchase. For whatever reason they simply haven't scanned the book into a pdf and released it for legal download.

not so much allied as... they find each other interesting. ;) i'd posit that since Ben spent much time among the Chaos side in the war against Law, he's probably made numerous contacts among eladrin and slaad. not that Rennbuu is likely old enough to have been involved in that war, but Ben could have met him through other slaadi contacts.

not very much of it was repeated in OHG - if you want the straight dope, see the article. the conversion Rip linked to above was based entirely on that article.

:shifty: Are you implying that unscrupulous person may have infact created an ILLEGAL OHG pdf? Who? Where?
