I know of only three: two from the old Monster Manual II (whose names escape me at the moment because I have no access to my books), and Bazim-Gorag from the Champions of Ruin FR sourcebook. Have there been any more Slaad lords described?

Here's my take on 'em (based on the article that I believe was in Dragon 222):

Slaad Lords

Ygorl, Lord of Entropy--Working with Doomguard to determine what Shiva is waiting for before he attempts to destroy the multiverse. Ygorl of course does not plan to be destroyed, but rather become the most powerful being in the multiverse by drawing on the rapid influx of entropy. If successful, Ygorl would only have to destroy Shiva before being able to recreate everything in his own image.

Ssendam, Lady of Madness--Gatehouse barmies are dreaming about her, Tolly Salmon was said to have muttered something about the "golden shape" before she departed the gatehouse.

Chourst, lord o' Randomness--The slaad lord apparently plans to look into the well of the Norns, to see what his future may be. Those who venerate the triple goddess represented in the crones, as well as those who believe in destiny, are rather worrisome over the prospect. Chourst himself believes that the well won't be able to show his future, as he is the personification of Randomness. In fact, the Slaad Lord hopes the well's power will be destroyed in the attempt, and the sect known as the Fate-Breakers are more than willing to help.

Renbuu, Slaad Lord of Color--Recently been seen in the Court of Color on Radiance, and having commented that the multiverse has the wrong color scheme. Additionally, there are a lot more orange dragons around, as the Slaad Lord felt they were underrepresented on the multiverse. Whether Renbuu can naturally shift the chromatic dragons between species at will. as he can with the slaadi ranks, is unclear however. However, Tiamat is believed to be rather upset with even the suggestion and has dispatched one of her consorts to assasinate the Lord of Color. Unless, of course, Renbuu started that rumor for his own enjoyment.

And of course Sorel, currently a death slaad, but being groomed by Ygorl to be the future Lord of Anarchy.

And Wartle. Poor Wartle. He doesn't matter. Shame on you for caring about him. ;)

And on a very non-canon note, I've pondered creating a lesser known, potentially exiled, Slaad Lord of Whimsy (exiled for being corrupted away from CN, in this case being CG, much in the same way that Bazim-Gorag was exiled for being CE). I had a Xaositect NPC that in their description/stats I'd pondered having them described as "Proxy of the Lord of Whimsy; Sometimes proxy of Renbuu; Thinks they're a proxy of Chourst."

Do you happen to recall where Sorel and Wartle are mentioned, Shemeska?

Sorel I believe is in the Dragon Article, Wartle is in the 1e Adventures in the Outer Planes supplement.

And Wartle. Poor Wartle. He doesn't matter. Shame on you for caring about him. ;)Wartle is no longer a slaad lord, he is an ex-slaad lord. He is currently a celestial paragon. Having been redeemed and "ordered" (axiomaticized?), Wartle considers himself an Archon now and has renamed himself "Wartiel".

Wartiel appears now as a white, feathered slaad with the rainbow colored wings of a couatl. Though he claims to have spontaneously grown the wings upon his conversion, it is rumored that he actually took them from a real couatl.

Many years ago Wartle was cast out of Limbo, imprisoned in a comet that fell from the skies of Lunia and boiled the waters of the Shining Sea. Wartle was kept on an island off the coast of Lunia for a time, until his chaos brought disorder and confusion to Lunia. Thanks to the efforts of a group of adventurers, the Wartle threat was abated and Wartle himself was given over to Domiel for redemption and tutelage in the ways of Law and Good.

It is unknown exactly why Ygorl ejected Wartle from Limbo, but it is suspected that Wartle was always tainted by law. Wartle is thought to have had a vital role in the implementation of the Spawning Stone that brought a measure of order to the exemplars of Limbo--and some believe Wartle to be the original architect or crafter of the Stone (though most attribute its creation to Ssendam and/or Ygorl). Ygorl has reviled Wartle ever since that ancient epoch--even though Wartle may have done so at Ygorl's behest.

Wartiel has taken to his new found lawful and goodness with a zeal unmatched by most petitioners. He has provided valuable intelligence regarding the slaadi and the Spawing Stone to the Celestial Hebdomad, and has risen rapidly through the ranks of archons. He currently serves Raziel, and has proven himself an enthusiastic and tireless crusader in the persecution of the forces of evil and especially of chaos. He delights in the harrowing of Limbo and the destruction (or conversion, if they are willing) of chaotic outsiders.

Quite a number of asuras serve under Wartiel's command along with a sizable contingent of formerly-chaotic celestials that have converted (or are trying to convert) to lawful good under his charismatic leadership. Though it is whispered that he has also had his fair share of defectors to the other side. Rarer still, a few archons under his command have developed peculiar forms of insanity and have had to endure demotion back to lantern archons, retraining and reassignment to other legions. While no one blames Wartiel for these outbreaks of madness, it is clear that a residual patina of chaos still surrounds the ex-slaad lord. Exciting and portentous events coalesce about him, guaranteeing an interesting if not fun time for those who cross his path.

Many thanks, sciborg, Shemeska, and Gray. This should help my campaign.
