06-15-07, 08:51 PM The 2e sourcebook 'Factol's Manifesto' contains detailed writeups of the pre-Faction War factions, their ideology, their structure, their history, and notable members.

The 2e sourcebook/module 'Faction War' details their fate in the aftermath of that conflict.

'Planes of Chaos' details the Ring Givers sect, who are arguably a true faction at this point post-FW.

Dragon magazine has had several articles covering the factions at the present time, including one issue that detailed the long-dead Incantifers and Expansionist factions, plus giving some details on the possible fate of Alisohn Nilesia, former factol of the since disbanded Mercykillers (though the irony is that while one of the two stories it gives came from events in my storyhour, what happened in the storyhour is... a bit more complex than what appeared to happen...).

To clarify, #315 covered factions that left Sigil following the Faction War, and #339 covered factions that had long disappeared.
