04-19-07, 09:04 AM So I'm currently running a campaign in which the PC's are being catapulted around the multiverse to different worlds, like Sliders with spells instead of tech.
Right now they're going between alternate Prime worlds, though they will eventually get to the outer planes.

I'm going to be introducing an enemy organization soon that revolves around the hunting and collection of unique souls in the multiverse, a category the PC's will fall into once their position in the overall workings is revealed more.
My question today is whether or not such an organization or something similar already exists and if so where might I find some useful information on such things?
Also, does this sound like an interesting idea and would anyone have any useful comments/suggestions for me?

04-19-07, 02:03 PM Devils, and other exemplars presumably, are always looking to drag a few souls to their side, whether this be for sustenance or economic gain. I believe they had a few examples of organizations that would be valid here in Fiendish Codex 2.

Perhaps I should have been more specific in that this will be a primarily mortal organization.

04-20-07, 01:28 PM Perhaps I may still salvage my response for better help then. How about mortal cults of the devils, demons, or any of the various evil gods. I believe I know what you're trying to think of but I dont know much about any other soul-harvesting organizations.

It's not a perfect match but I'm sure they could find plenty of uses for unique souls.

04-22-07, 02:53 PM Just a thought. wat if som Necromancers Organasasion to preform ancient ritula to do X. But nead som High power souls (culd be high lvl Intaligent, Wisdoom or lvl, HD wat ever?) Using Bind souls?

04-24-07, 07:59 AM It should be neutral organisation that collects and preserves the unique souls ,that future generations can look at them in a museum.
