I'm not having any luck searching, so I'm hoping someone can answer this.
What book gives the stats for creating a deity? All I can find are 3.0 references, Deities and Demigods, and the Forgotten Realms Faiths and Pantheons. Is there a 3.5 resources?

Thanks in advance.

No, like epic, it died with 3.0.

I do a point based buy for all my Deities, offhand can only remember Greater though.
(60 Class levels, 20 Hd outsider, 180pt one-for-one buy, +5 Inherent on all stats, plus of course the extra stat points for all the levels.... Yeah, I wanted the big bad Deities to be badass)

I'll dig out the others should anyone actually ask.

What I'm mostly interested in is the damage reduction. What's appropriate for a low ranking (divine rank 2) demi-god? 35/+4 is the 3.0 rule.

There's 3.5 rules in the SRD, and an update section in D&DG. I believe demigod DR has become something like 15/Epic.

You can also try the Dicefreaks divine rules(i believe its in the last chapter of their The Gates of Hell ebook). They have some pretty good rules conserning how to make divine beings
