His clerics are encouraged to think about everything they do, and to make sure they have back-up plans for everything. He is a recently ascended god, having become divine after posting on some message board thread. |
| Ogre4Hire01-18-06, 08:28 PM | Ogre4Hire Demigod Alignment: CN (but not CNN) Portfolio: Random stuff, annoyances, obnoxiousness Domains: Chaos, Destruction, Madness Holy Symbol: Picture of an ogre holding a big stick Weapon: Clue-By-Four (Club) Ogre4Hire is a relatively unstable diety known for doing random, pointless stuff and trying to annoy the bigger powers on the boards whenever he gets the chance. He is careful to watch his worshippers to make sure they never contribute too much useful stuff. His Herald is an Anarchaic Ogre Fighter, and his typical Sendings are Slaad or other chaotic creatures (usually chosen at random). |

| Minister_for_Moral_Truth01-18-06, 09:44 PM | Minister for Moral Truth Lesser God Alignment: Lawful Neutral (Lawful Evil tendancies) Portfolio: Propaganda, the Greater Good, Sacrifice, Hidden Truth. Domains: Knowlege, Law, Trickery Holy Symbol: A chained book Favoured Weapon: minions (or, failing that, heavy mace) Typically appearing as a black-clad male sporting a short-cropped beard, the Minister for Moral Truth represents the old axiom: "Knowlege is Power, guard it well." Careless talk costs lives, and when that talk must be silenced, the Men from the Ministry will arrive, generally standing behind a wall of minions in order to ensure their own saftey. It is the Minister's hope that, one day, all of the multiverse will work together in peace and harmony, overseen by watchful eyes who ensure that dissent is carefuly controlled. |
| Starmage2101-18-06, 10:10 PM | Starmage21 Greater Diety Alignment: LN Portfolio: RAW, Epic Spells, Powerful Mortals, Dieties Domains: Knowledge, Law, Spell Holy Symbol: Great Wyrm Prismatic Dragon on black background Favored Weapon: dagger Forever the arugmentative of the unbrokenness of any epic rule, Starmage21 has declared himself the King of the Epic Boards and denounces all that is wrong with Dicefreaks and anything contained within their website(or anything from that website spilling onto these boards for that matter). Originally an ascended demilich, he often chooses to appear in human or lich form, though in either, he still maintains the abilities granted to him by the Demilich template. |

| elven warriorXX01-18-06, 10:46 PM | Elven warrior XX Demigod Alignment: Lawful Lazy Portfolio: Variant rules, Cheese cake, pwnage, Lazyness, bad spelling Domains: Law, War, Magic, Uber'ness (not avlible to Clerics) Holy Symbol: A picture with 2 swords crossed and a piece of cheese cake on top of the crossed swords with lightning flow around it and a hand above the cheese cake pointing down with the words "PWNAGE N00B!11one" Weapon: Shmak'en stick of pain (+7 greatclub of Lightning) Elven is a weak, think-headed, stupid deity that spends most of his time creating Variant rules. He is known for his love of cheese cake and elemental power over it. Elven is masterful at using the forces of magic (Arcane, Divine) and his mind (psionics). He is not that smart or a good speller but can smite most mortals with his thick-headedness. He lives in the magical plan called Arizona were most mortals can't stand the heat. Elven often for no reason says something that has no meaning at all or starts acting crazy and jumps around. Elven first became a good because he tripped, fell, and killed a bug which just happened to be a god at the time and the only thing that ran through the bugs head before it got smashed was "I HATE Mondays". He became a god because of the 'you can become a god if you kill a god' rule found in the 'Big book of godly stuff that you shouldn’t bother to look at because it will kill you by turning the Freak’en pages because its so big!'. So Elven became a god and had to pick a subject so to be a god over so he picked the only thing that ran through his mind: cheese cake. He has only been a god for a short time and has done nothing at all but sit on his butt and talk on the WOTC forums. Elven is also known for talking WAY too much and often goes off on weird tangents (tangents is a funny word, Like tangy). Elven is a weird and psycho looking elf that often carries a big stick to hit things with. He is very muscular with armor and has long dark hair with green eyes. Elven has almost known clerics because he does not bother to give them divine power because he is either to lazy or he is busy talking to some Thread or something. |

| Rickiel01-26-06, 12:12 AM | Rickiel Uncertain Deity Alignment: Neutral Good Typical Worshipers: No one... Portfolio: Lurking, Story-telling, Personal Libraries, Indecision, Bachelors, and Pizza Domains: Good, Charity, and Pizza Holy Symbol: A Dragon Eating a Pizza Slice Favored Weapon: Scimitar A mortal/immortal (we're still not sure) that has few aspirations in life beyond living a comfortable life as a bachelor. This naturally makes many of the gods happy since they know that Rickiel won't be taking their woman (read-sacrifices) any time soon. The patron of bachelors, those whom eat pizza in all of its various states of being, and those whom look to study up on decent stories to create further stories; Rickiel is a god who is constantly thinking up new stories. Thankfully he's been keeping most of them to himself. Alas one of his minions, Raz the Rogue-Mage, has been having his bachelordom reviewed and it may be soon that Raz will not be able to carry out his duties as a trouble-making good-hearted prick. This demands that the Rogue-Mage's chronicle must be turned in and if there's one thing Rickiel hates its having to make a final decision on someone's story. His realm is constantly moving between the three planes of Ysgard, Beastlands, and Elysium; each time a shift occurs in Rickiel's focus the realm shifts in turn. Easiest way to appease Rickiel is with an offering of hot and fresh pepperoni pizza. |
| Bob the Efreet01-26-06, 01:00 AM | Bob the Efreet N lesser deity Portfolio: monks, the planes, good advice masquerading as sarcasm Bob the Efreet (or 'Bob' to his associates) is a roaming deity, viewing, in a way, the entire multiverse as his realm. He is able to exert his divine will over his surroundings not through deific power, but by making suggestions that his way would be 'cooler', and thus people make the change for him. His premier hobby is to find planewalkers and enlighten them on planar matters. Or, alternatively, he gives them horrible advice, because it would be funny. However, his pranks are usually over-the-top enough that any sensible adventurer would realise he's joking, so he usually considers that any mishaps which come from his advice are the person's own fault. |
| Radamanthys01-26-06, 01:17 AM | Radamanthys Demigod Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Worshipers: Female Players Portfolio: Female gaming Domains: Chaos, Trickery Holy Symbol: A sword entering it's sheath Favored Weapon: Any Radamathys poses as a kind and caring deity for any female player in any d&d game, dedicated to protecting their rights and increasing the respect they get. Chant is, he requires any one of his female worshipers to be "initiated" into his church via a special "initiation" by his most trusted clerics - a procedure that he closely monitors and sometimes takes an active interest in. |

| Talisman01-26-06, 03:12 PM | Talisman Demigod (m) Alignment: Chaotic good Portfolio: Magic, destroying undead Domains: Magic, Fire, Scalykind Holy Symbol: A dragon encircling a greatsword Favored Weapon: Greatsword In mortal life, Talisman was a mighty dragon-blooded mage and companion of the elven undead-hunter Krull. Over time, Talisman's latent dragon blood caused him to transform first into a half-dragon, then into a true dragon. He ascended to demigodhood shortly after destroying the dracolich Zorin as a servant of Gaia, goddess of nature. He is the patron of magic used responsibly and the relentless enemy of the undead. His holy symbol is a combination of his own dragon nature and the greatsword Lifebinder, wielded by his blood brother Krull. |
| Golem01101-27-06, 11:02 AM | Golem011 Lesser God Alignment: Neutral. Portfolio: Magic, Magic and more Magic. Domains: Magic, Fire, Air, Water, Earth. Holy Symbol: A clay figure with the serial number 011 stamped onto the side. Favoured Weapon: Quarterstaff. In mortal life, Golem011 was a mighty wizard. After a complicated and long adventure involving two dragons, three cities, eight armies, a golem-making corporation and serial numbers, he was nearly killed. However, a contingency transported his soul into a gem within the shell of a wrecked golem (serial number 011) and he went off on a happy rampage before being blown to smithereens by a combined hundred-mage simultaneous explosion. However, he then ascended to demigodhood, shortly became a lesser god, and discovered the power of being what mortals call a 'DM'. |

He believes He exists, but He is a biased sample. He knows that other people believe He exists, but that is only through His own perception - which can never be objectively verified. His worshippers cannot say for certain that He does or does not exist. They are open to either possibility and are also open to the possibility of some, all, or none of the other dieties existing. Worship services in His temples tend to resemble philosophical and scientific debates. |

His insanity knows no bounds burning everything he sees, his only goal is to leave the material plane as scorched earth. |
| Khael01-31-06, 03:36 PM | Since none of you have yet filled out form C16a from the department downstairs, it is my duty to inform you that either i nor any other godly-dealing guy can possibly consider you Gods. Also for anyone plannig a quick offensive divine Blast i do have WizO on my side... [Note: to anyone confuse by the above read this: http://boards1.wizards.com/showthread.php?t=563477&page=2&pp=30 It should explain about the form stuff... Ok, so i'm just shamelessy publicising the (i like to think) parent thread of this one] But i did fill out the requisite forms so i am a God hence: Khael Chief Priest Hierophant Overseer Guy of the Gods OverDeity(by default-see titles) Symbol: None Home Plane: Resides across the multiverse, but more specifically the Abyss Alignment: Chaotic Neutral Portfolio: Destruction, Pride, Madness, anything else by default Worshippers: A number of mortal nutjobs, but mostly his beloved demons. Not literally beloved of course...of course. Cleric Alignments: CN, CE Domains: Chaos, Destruction, Evil, Madness (but has access to any by means of other Gods) Favored Weapon: Warmace. Khael holds the title of Chief Priest Hierophant Overseer Guy of the Mob'o'Gods, thus granting him near limitless power. However few know of this (leastways til i just blabbed...), as Khael resides in the Abyss, surrounded by his fiendish creations ,which when the time comes He shall unleash thoughout the multiverse spreading Death, Destruction and Damnation (D&D&D) in His name: Khael... Oh yes, and did i mention He's also a nutter, with delusions of Grandeur? |

| Wyrd Bearer02-02-06, 06:40 PM | Name: The Wyrd Bearer Gender: M Rank: Demigod Areas Of Concern/Portfolios: Honour, Prognostication, Immortality through Undeath, Fate Titles: Hithdraug, Wolf of the Mists, Fatesayer Holy Symbol: A red sun being eclipsed Alignment: NG Origin of Worship: Unknown Core Worshippers: Humans Common Worshippers: Undead, Paladins Favoured Weapon: A dagger Weapon of the Deity Spell: +1 Merciful Dagger Domains: Destiny, Fate, Oracle, Undeath Herald: A necropolitain bard of 25th level, named Arete Special: The Wyrd Bearer prefers not to have clerics or followers directly worship him and would rather they worship that which he stands for; he encourages spirituality, not religion. Therefore, most clerics of the Wyrd Bearer are spiritual clerics who recieve their spells through the guidence of the Wyrd Bearer, rather than directly from him. As such, there are no favoured souls dedicated to the Wyrd Bearer. The Wyrd Bearer is an odd diety; no one is particularly sure from where he came about or what brought him into being, but there is no denying his existence these days. Myths tell of days when he may have been an ordinary mortal who sat around with his friends and make jokes about terrible things... and then those jokes would turn out to be true. Ever since that became a common occurance, his friends feared that he either could tell the terrible future or could cause these things to happen just by thinking about them. Either way, they forbade him to speak. Of course, these are just rumours about his origin; no one knows for sure if it is true. The Wyrd Bearer is quite the face, despite his penchant for the undead. To hide the fact that he is a good guy who will stick his neck out for his followers, he likes to put on gloomy airs and scowl when he walks the earth. When in avatar form, he appears as a tall male with long red hair, dressed all in black. Paladins have taken to worshipping him (while turning a blind eye to the undead that share the temple), as he promotes honour and courage in his followers, though he is greatly displeased by close-minded thoughts and orderly rituals; he has no need of inflexible and conventional worshippers. He cannot quite understand why people fear death so much, but he also understands that mortals have frail minds and they worry too much about the afterlife, so he grants immortality through undeath to followers who are much concerned with their brief lifespans. |

But then it was anyway, since i never revealed my last gambit in the Gods-battle... And yes, the entire gods-battle bit was weird. But on the other we have been bumping the thread up for a week, while actually engaging in something (regardless of how ridiculous it may have been). Oh and elven warriorXX: Eat Hellfire Demons!... |

And as a result of this legal action (which is filed one minute before anything you may do including the offense - scrying is cool) any and all things you may have done before, during and after that point is null and void. So you still have to fact trial for your copyright infringement. And that abomination is reanimating, yes, but a couple of my hellfire demons 'just' happened to have found that phylactery and the corpse and well...they know how to make things scream...loudly (and i remind you they are outside the law, and hellfire bypasses fire protections. and there are a lot of them too.) Ah, another paradox. So you filed the complaint one minute before anything i do? And how on Oerth did you find the Phylactery? It's sealed in an extraplanar dimension, inside a hellfire golem. Yup, you heard me right. And my abomination has ALREADY REGENERATED. Plus there's the fact that that legal complaint never entered that filing cabinet. You know why? Well, it ain't there. Just look, it ain't. Because I traveled back in time to one second after you filed it, and removed it. Cos guess what, I have here a legal document giving me EXPRESS permission to travel through time. See, look, it's signed 'Gallifreyan Inspector of Time-Space.' Now, my abomination can never be destroyed. As you can see, it has about fifty pairs of wings, various different tails, and about forty legs, as well as sixty heads. And yes, it has fifty arms, added by various graces of the Insectile template etc. And yes, the whole thing can transform into an animal, by virtue of the Lycanthrope template. And it's a zombie-skeleton-lich-demilich. And yes, it's covered in worms. It's a worm-that-walks. And yes, it's feral. And mummified. And Half-fey. And half-dragon. And half-celestial. And half-fiend. And celestial. And fiendish. And gelatinous. And other stuff. And it's comin' for ya. Yes it is. |

Ront Iron-roar appears as a 7'2" gray-skinned, crimson eyed, half-orc with long obsidian hair that has been braided with the teeth, claws, and trinkets from past battles. he has a lupine appearance to him that seems to clash with his orc and human traits. He wields two weapons a large serrated bastard sword wreathed in crackling amber flames and a Spiked Shield molded to look like the grinning visage of some devil. He is often clad in a chain shirt and travel worn leather clothing. His body is tome of his struggles; Dozens of dark scars pattern his thickly-built form along with various tattoos. Particullarly, a column of twisting flames etched across his left eye. Ront has no Herald, he is a lone diety who prefers to take matters into his own hands. He counts his allies among various mortal adventurers he counted as friends in his past mortal life and those newer adventurers of similar origins and struggles he once faced. |
| Khael02-06-06, 01:40 PM | Ah, another paradox. Yes it is. Yes, another paradox. You meddled with time, you started the paradoxes. Shot yer-self in the foot, somewhat, eh? Oh, and the complaint entered the cabinet one minute after you removed it, as per the paradox you caused. and one minute before you got that permission, and as the Gallifreyan Inspector of Time-Space, would never hand such a document to a know criminal, well, you permission is null and void. *Grins at phylactery description* No, it isn't. Your not the only one who can meddle with time... I'm just better. And all your abominations defences helps against re-forming hellfire demons, how? And against its 4 big brothers, and 1 big sister? Note to Rickiel: Oooh, pepperoni... mmmmm, divine pepperoni... |

The Neverending Moment is a moment that only exists, and only ever will exist, and only ever HAS existed, in potentia. And seeing as how, theoretically, it doesnt exist, NO magic allows you to enter it, unless you just HAPPEN to have a key. And guess what, the key's in there too. However, as per se the document does exist, you can take no official legal action. How do you like THEM bananas, eh!? And FINALLY! Yes, FINALLY! The abomination is perfectly regenerated, and that Phylactery has now been removed from the hellfire golem via a DC100000000 sleight-of-hand check one millisecond before you stole it. Favroed Weapon: A dagger or kris, or failing that, a pen. As one of the feared and evil race known as DM's (or GM's, in the larger and more varied world), Spherical Time found himself in the position of a world builder. Known for his crappy dungeons and scary NPCs, he eventually began to write his own universes, including dieties and classes and then even D20 systems. Incidentally, if there are any cute gay lesser deities out there, ST is always on the lookout for applicants for the "DM's Boyfiend" position. |

He apears before his few worshipers as a short, overweight man, dressed entirely in black, with a hood drawn over his scowling face. Adam-Andius dislikes mortals all most other gods but he especially despises god(desses) of love, luck, prosperity, happiness, beauty and happynes. His worshipers include anyone who has felt the squeezing sensation of rage, hatred or loss around his throat, unrequited lovers, homicidal maniacs, and game designers whose games nobody seems to want to play. He has very few worshipers but an entire armada of spaceships and an army of robots to operate them. He recently is trying to bring back the Spanish Inquisition, but with robots. |
| JasonOrlandoHawk11-20-06, 08:12 PM | Jason Orlando Hawk The D20 Guru, The Pastor Intermediate Deity (Lawful Good) Portfolio: Knowledge, Book Collecting, Religious Debate, Fire, Cross-Referencing Domains: Knowledge, Mind, Fire, Trickery, Good, Law, (Gluttony) Symbol: A Mind Flayer in a Priest's Outfit Alignment: Lawful Good Favored Weapon: "The Steel Plated Bible of Death" +3 Axiomatic Ghost Touch Bible of Disruption (Use the base stats of a Club where necessary.) Heralds/Allies: Jason Orlando Hawk is allied with any good or neutral diety of Knowledge or Mind. However, Jason only serves one over-deity "Yahweh." Jason's heralds are typically Ghosts of Loremasters or a Wyrm Red Dragon (who worships the over-deity Yahweh) named Ashereon. Jason Orlando Hawk appears as a young, bachelor Half-Elf. He frequents the mortal realms, and is currently disguised as a pastor of a small country church. Jason is rarely armed, but if pressed to fight, will quickly call on his trusty weapon, the Steel Plated Bible of Death. While Jason is proficient with multiple weapons, he refuses to use blades, even in lethal combat. Jason's power base is built on his sizable collection of magical tomes and books. He considers Book Collecting to be the highest of all hobbies, and has amassed a book collection that is almost equal in value to the cost of his enrollment fees for the Deitihood Program at Western Kentucky University. His collection of tomes allows him to bring considerable magical power to bear, despite his relatively weak frame, earning him a place among the Intermediate Deities. Jason is a quick witted Deity, and he loves any test of wits. His Cleric Trials often require competition in fast paced games of Chess, Risk, or another strategy game of some sort. Jason is feared in local card and strategy game tournaments, and is even rumored to have replaced the little devils and angels that sit on peoples shoulders and try to convince them what to do. (Note: Yes, he replaced them both.) Jason is noted for having one weakness. He, like many who went through the University Deityhood program has developed a strong fondness for the "Fast" Food of the Gods! This has left him weakened, and struggling to retain his former power and proficiency. Jason's clerics pray for their spells at Supper. |
| Rohano11-21-06, 08:58 AM | :plotting: Rohano The Weredragon Quasideity (Rank 0) Portfolio: Tempura, Quantum Physics, Genetics, Conjuration, Order, Nature Domains: Law Symbol: None; Rohano refuses to settle on any symbol but allows his followers to invoke him with whatever symbols they choose. Alignment: Lawful Neutral Favored Weapon: When magic and special powers aren't available, an ironshod staff will do. Herald: Rohano drafts numerous individuals for heraldry, including his own father (a paladin of order), grandfather, and numerous avatars representing other gods of nature. Rohano prefers to spend his time creating or discovering new creatures on numerous planes, quite baffled by the infinite size of the planes, allowing limitless possibility but also meaning that all of the known gods are merely a small segment of the ancient and powerful gods that still exist in their own locales on other parts of the planes; Rohano chooses to believe that all of the known gods who are only aware of each other are the "core" gods and beings that make up a tiny community, and that if he travels far enough he will discover more pantheons and entirely different peoples and cultures along with entirely unique laws of reality. Though Rohano supports the causes of several deities, including Antioch (of whom Rohano was at one time a proxy), he'd much rather travel the lands, summoning truckloads of chinese food to please the masses. Many evil and chaotic beings choose to oppose Rohano but he is simply unstoppable - having a god's resources as well as entire planes full of raw magical power allow him to locate and acquire any resource he needs, and makes no excuse for being well-equipped for absolutely any situation. After a long argument with a rival god of chaos, Rohano was forced into the Abyss, sharing a layer with the wicked queen Lloth. In response, the jovial weredragon threw 2.5x10^897568350256546324834723942 scrolls of Flamestrike and accompanying zealous clerics of opposing gods into Lloth's web and teleported away, using divination and create popcorn spells to enjoy the ensuing lightshow which continued to torture the denizens of the Abyss for nearly a millenia. Rohano now wears a stylized copy of the Regalia of Neutrality on occasion while travelling across the planes, just to make other gods stand clear. |

In the tournament the next day, he succeded in defeating each and every competitor with his fists sheathed in electricity. Upon grasping the trophy, he was teleported into the sanctum of the elder gods and was granted godhood. He now protects earthrealm from any otherworldly threats. |
| TimelordSimone03-25-07, 08:21 PM | TimelordSimone Demigod The Watcher, He who is too much off a wuss to get involved Portfolio: Knowledge, Cowardice, Knowing too much for your own damn good. Alignment: Neutral Neutral Domains: Knowledge, Protection, Planning Symbol: A small grey book, with a pink eye on the cover. Favoured Weapon: Rusty pitchfork launcher TimelordSimone promotes no special agenda in the world, except to get involved as little as possible. If you don't do anything, you can't possibly make it worse. His temples are scarce, as his worshippers try to exert as little influence on the world as possible. In fact, most people would probably not be aware of his ascension. Stricken with an obsessive paranoia, TimelordSimone constantly plans, yet very rarely executes. He fears rejection. His clerics generally do not wear any special clerical garb, and usually go about their everyday lives as if they were not clerics. A few however, seek to cure their deity of his obsessive paranoia, and actively work for his personal future. (A few are even working on a way to 'turn' some of the hotter male deities). |
| mikeloop8603-25-07, 11:23 PM | Mehiik'luup Haatsix Vestige (Ex-Intermediate God) The Tigerlord, Scorpion, Ice Baron, Firewarden, Undecider Portfolio: Passion and Apathy, Ice and Fire, Tigers and Scorpions, Alignment: True Neutral Domains: Fire, Cold, Animal, Passion, Law Symbol: A Tiger and a Scorpion, encircling each other like a Yin-Yang Favoured Weapon: a shortsword Mehiik'luup started out as a mortal, a warlock by the name of Mehike Loop, on the planet of Qaf'Emag. He was one of five generals who lead a charge against a vicious troll menace known as Rotemsoc, in the War of the Eternal Flame. The creature was immune to flame and sword alike, and many believed it had somehow had attained the backing of the Primordial deities, the Doms. By the end, many were left shattered and Mehike went into seclusion. As a hermit, Mehike focused his studies more into the planes, and eventually found himself traveling between the Astral Plane, the Plane of Fire, the Plane of Ice, and finally Limbo. In his planar travels, Mehike struggled with concepts of duality and choosing a side. In the final days of his mortal life, mad with confusion over what he should align himself with, he committed himself to a suicidal ritual. With the help of cohorts and followers, attempted to infuse himself with the plane of Limbo itself. The Githzerai had a problem with this. An entire tribe sought to interrupt the ritual, yet found themselves the accidental components and Mehike's ascent. The organized calculating minds of hundreds of Githzerai monks and psions fuzed and the chaos of limbo itself fuzed into the Warlock's being, and for a second in the realm, there was silence. Then chaos returned, but Mehike was gone. As a god, Mehike went out and and etched out his own following on Qaf'emag. However, for all his power, his teahcings countered themselves too much for most, and soon found himself without a follower. Rather than just fade off from existance, or wait for an ambitious demigod to slay him, Mehiik'luup the God willed himself outside of reality. He now is a Vestige who, when called, takes the form of a Tauric Rakshasa/Large Monstrous Scorpion. |
| RealSorceror06-04-07, 04:05 PM | Real Sorceror just can't choose one deity, so..... Dotrak "Thundercleese" the Great Engine. Demigod Alignment: True Nuetral (favors lawful nuetral) Typical Worshipers: Warforged, sentient kitchen appliances, and mecha fanboys. Portfolio: Over the top machoness, speaking in loud monotone, destroying minor annoyances, and giving mundane objects ridiculous names. Domains: Cities, Engines, Knowledge Holy Symbol: A silver gear. Favored Weapon: The Sword of Slaughter, The Cannon of Fear, The Missiles of Unmentionable Terror, and The Battle Sphere of Doom! Thundercleese, being a cold, emotionless, genderless machine, enjoys being large and in charge, but mostly he enjoys waving hid arms around and bellowing catch-phrases. The Big Guy hates Slaadi and bunnies with a passion untold (or at least he would, if he weren't a cold and emotionless machine). He is currently competing for largest sentient being, and since he is 9 or 10 times bigger than Collossal+, his chances of winning are lookin' pretty good. Thundercleese is credited with inventing railroads, mini-fridges, and the toaster oven. Hatsukanezumi "Rat Lord" Chan Quasi-Deity Alignment: True Nuetral (favors good) Typical Worshipers: Nezumi, Lycanthropes, and the hamster people of the Elemental Plane of Cuddly Things. Portfolio: Scittering, Chittering, Squeaking, and Rodents Domains: Vermin, Nature Holy Symbol: The L5R Ratling symbol Favored Weapon: Nibble Attack Rat Lord is the up and coming god of rodents. For too long rodent people everywhere just haven't had a god they could look up to (especially since Cat Lord keeps eating all the candidates). | TurnCloak_Kobold06-04-07, 08:36 PM | Name: Tran Ky Bo "call me Bo" Demigod Chaotic Neutral ((preference towards chaos, or at least good card players.)) Typical worshipers: ex-monks, gamblers, hegenkai (hares) Portfolio: card games, gambling and shinies. Domains: travel, hegenkai, luck holy symbol: L5R hare clan symbol with a pair of dice on a necklace about its neck. favored weapons: speed itself, quirky comments, and dwarvin hamer fist. an ex-monk and a gambler, Bo learned his many quirks from practically being raised by dwarfs. his best friend was his mentors son, Jr. "now god of strength". growing up with a dwarf as a practical brother leads to a life of tough wake up calls...AKA headbutts in the morning to say hullo. he has surpassed his mentor in jumping ability, but would never be caught dead showing off this talent. he has since become fast enough as a diety to do collision damage ((see D20 modern. i am actually disapointed, the table they provide dosent go far enough as i move faster than just about any vehical, space ships aside, so we have decided, much to my disapointment, that for now he only does an extra 8D8 points of damage after moving, much like the scouts skirmish ability, but without the drawbacks like some critters being imune, aka constructs plants and undead.)) with each of his swings, as a certain loveable city mech god has found out. armed with ten imovable rods or so his technique is to constantly move. while he might not do as much damage in the short run, his hit and run tactics leave little to be desired. in a flat out sprint he can nearly reach a mile in six seconds ((will be closer after a few more tweaks.)) but is somewhere in the nearborhood of 5200 feet. with a single move action of the non sprinting sort, he can out run the city god, which dosent put him out of range of the city killers ((giant cannons)) but as said earlier, growing up with the new god of strength has its advantages. ((*cough* 80 damage reduction over naught. *cough*)) he hopes to prove himself to his mentor with each passing day, but of coarse he would never let angus know this, so he goes about bumbling along, acting much more imature than he should in the hopes that one day he will be worthy and he can drop the facade. |

As a mortal Dwarf, Angus was constantly tormented by the reigning god of Dwarves. The little adventurer could not understand why he was abused for upholding the tenets of his race. After years of mistreatment by the gods, he vowed vengence against them. Eventually he earned divine spark by defeating an evil six-armed monk demigod. Soon after his ascension he entered Kord's planar tournament on Ysgard. He was the first, and only, champion of these short lived contests.Soon, he discovered that an archfiend had taken the guise of the Dwarven God to torment Angus. He then embarked on his campaign into the layers of hell. He still wears an artifact called the "Coat of Mammon"; a grisly trophy crafted from the arch fiend's scaly pelt. He is known for destroying the Giant deities Surtur and Thrym, as well as destroying the titans of fire and earth during the battle of Ragnarok. In Ragnarok's wake, Angus has become the patron god of Dwarves, Fire, and Earth. He lives in his personal demiplane with his wife, Lady Kakita Mitsuko- an astral deva goddess of pleasure, joy, beauty, storms, and love. Lady Mitsuko was recently crowned Miss Multiverse, and is the mother of Angus' six children. Angus has since taken up the role of leader in the pantheon- while still training his son, Junior, and his hare hengeyokai disciple Bo. |

| Zilred07-27-07, 06:09 PM | Note: My username's namesake is actually that of a homebrewed god I was developing at the time. So I figured I'll post that god. Name: Zilred Titles: the corruptor, the god of fate, the dragon god of evil Divine Rank: Demigod and Lesser Deity (split essences on two material planes) Alignment: LE Portfolio: intrigue, scheming, expansionism Domains: Fate, Evil, Secrets, Corruption Worshippers: ambitious schemers, decievers, the power-hungry, powerful people with exploitable vices (the latter are usually led on with promises that will ...eventually be fulfilled) Holy Symbol: An elongated copper dragon wrapped around a gold orb with subtle draconic runes Favored Weapon: claw or dagger Zilred as a mortal dragon was gifted with the wyrm's tongue. Everything he said was believed and all who heard him became easily persuaded. With his power, he would pit nations of people against each other to fight for his own amusement, and eventually in his name. As his influence grew, the mighty nations of the world took notice. The brash, militaristic nation of Arvend, which would not be slowed by politics, led the invasion of Zilred's homelands, and cut his supporters from him. Zilred himself fought in a great showdown with the armies of Arvend, led by an avatar of Kali. Though he knew his defeat was imminent, he issued three final "curses" with his wyrm's tongue before his body was rent asunder. In the millenia that followed, Zilred re-awoke as a divine entity. His curses' wording combined with his wrym's tongue set the curses in the minds of the people for generations, which made them fulfill themselves. With the nation of Arvend now long since shattered, Zilred was now the subject of worship by the few that remembered him, and he was hailed as having the power of fate itself. This had strange consequences for the new god, for though he no longer had the wyrm's tongue, anything he said, be it a lie or even contradictory, would eventually come to pass on any world influenced by him. His only limitation was that he could not use this power of fate on himself, thus he would have to choose his words carefully so that the events he set into motion would ultimately benefit him. Zilred's power base was stagnant however. The tales of his evil had not faded from the minds of the people, and his faith was one of secrecy and deception, and slow to gain followers. Thus, he desired a new face, a new aspect, that would help him grow. So he cast his essence to the cosmos to that end. To corrupt a god for his own use. |

It doesn't really matter though, as the deity will answer anyway, often times personally. Wall has yet to figure out why. His allies include space marines, megadeuses, and anything with the word "Malaysian" in the title. Rites: Anyone can get into the clergy if they ask, but the clergy follows a "three-strikes" rule. Actual cleric training is a bit stricter, although the "secret test" remains just that. Relics: Coat of Silver, Adamantine Malaysian Wrestling Beetle As an additional note, "the 'Sploiter" is a title used by his enemies, who just don't understand how he keeps winning. |
