Wattas 04-11-07, 04:09 PM	Would an animated shield screw up your hiding? Say you are a ranger with camouflage and you are moving around a forest hiding. What happens if you have an animated shield floating right near you? Does it "hide" with you? Or do the orcs not spot you, but notice this shield floating around for no reason? :) Or what if you are trying to sneak around a dungeon and you are under the effect of a blur spell--or you have blurring armor--does it extend to your animated shield as well. Just trying to figure out if it is possible for a character with an animated shield to be stealthy (I'm assuming move silently is actually a non-issue, b/c I assume a floating shield makes no noise). Thanks.

It is almost all ways like a normal shield. Think of it as merely providing an extra arm.
