Is there a list of armor special qualities? I remember things like nimble or interlocking, but I can't find them.

There are some armor qualities in the DMG. There's also probably a list in the Magic Item Compendium, but I don't own it, so I can't tell you.

The magic item compendium does indeed have a list, including everything in both it and the DMG, with page references on the chart.

Nimbleness is in Magic of Fearun as well, not sure about interlocking as it didn't make it into the MIC and I don't think I have the book it appears in otherwise.

I found interlocking and a bunch of others in Races of Stone. Surely someone has compiled these into a list, somewhere on the internet?

Crystalkeep has such files, but I'm not sure if they've been kept up over the last year. The last date the Magic Weapons and Armour file was updated was Feb '06.

I found several things that weren't in it. The Skillful enchantment for weapons from Faerun, for example, is nowhere to be seen. Thats the +2 equivolent bonus that lets you use the weapon as if you had the proficiency for it (ideal for wizards that want to weild swords, for example).
