The one artisian creation feat discounts the base price by 25%. Does this 25% reduction in cost also mean the creation time is reduced?

For instance, if creating an item would normally cost 4,000gp and take 1 day per 1000gp, applying the feat would make it cost only 3,000gp. Since it now only costs 3,000gp, shouldn't it only take 3 days to create?

And if that is true, could you then further reduce the crafting time by taking the other artisian feat to reduce the time cost by 25%? So your 4,000gp item costs only 3,000gp to make and takes only 2 1/4 days to create.

Trying to wrap my head around it.

(As an aside, there is no XP cost for item creation in our campaign).

No, it only reduces the cost in materials. A separate Artisan feat reduces craft time.
