Bound devil [Archive] - Wizards Community

03-27-07, 06:49 AM I had this idea of a chamber with a bound Bearded Devil. The summoner is long since dead, and the devil has been unable to leave. Enter - the party! Fight begins. (With a possibility to escape)

My question: Is this possible according to the rules? Or would a spell like planar binding lose it's effect after so long?

03-27-07, 08:39 AM Not sure, but you can always fudge the rules a little and gloss over the technicalities. It essentially boils down to a battle with a bearded devil.:)
