Okay, so my games sorcerer was in the mouth of the megaladon about to be swallowed next round, she had the still spell feat so I figured that she would be able to cast a spell while in there if she succeds on a con check. My question is I made the DC on the fly and what you think the DC for something like that should be or if the mechanic was already covered

While you are swallowed whole, you are considered grappled. That means you cannot cast a spell with somatic components (barring an epic skill check), and the basic Concentration DC is 20, plus the level of the spell you are attempting to cast, as per the table under the Concentration skill description.

Once again, she has still spell, so she could cast while grappled

Once again, she has still spell, so she could cast while grappled
Thus she can cast if the concentration check (DC 20+spell lev) succeeds.

is that the rule on grapple?Yes. The rules for grappling (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/combat/specialAttacks.htm#grapple) say:
"Cast a Spell
You can attempt to cast a spell while grappling or even while pinned (see below), provided its casting time is no more than 1 standard action, it has no somatic component, and you have in hand any material components or focuses you might need. Any spell that requires precise and careful action is impossible to cast while grappling or being pinned. If the spell is one that you can cast while grappling, you must make a Concentration check (DC 20 + spell level) or lose the spell. You don’t have to make a successful grapple check to cast the spell."

should i modify that if she is swallowed so that she is in the stomach with the acid and the pain and the indigestion oy?The concentration rules (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/skills/concentration.htm) say:
"If the distraction occurs while you are trying to cast a spell, you must add the level of the spell you are trying to cast to the appropriate Concentration DC. If more than one type of distraction is present, make a check for each one; any failed Concentration check indicates that the task is not completed."

The DC for taking continuous damage during the action is 10 + half of continuous damage last dealt.

provided its casting time is no more than 1 standard action
If a spontaneous caster (sorcerer) casts a spell with a metamagic feat applied to it (Still Spell), the spell's casting time becomes 1 full round action.

So I think "no, the sorcerer cannot cast a Still Spell while grappled or while swallowed whole."
