03-06-07, 10:15 AM When doing an overrun as part of a charge, do you have the -2 penalty to AC do to the charge, for the AoO made against you during the overrun?

"Overrun
Player's Handbook, page 148
It’s not possible to overrun as part of a charge.
Delete “or as part of a charge” from this paragraph."
