The exact wording is: The cloud appears in conjunction with the spell taking effect (not before or after). So, let's say I Glitterdust someone. Since it's a conjuration spell, I also may place a 5-foot radius cloud in my target's square. Since this happens in conjunction with the Glitterdust... is the target sickened when it's time to make the saving throw against becoming blind? Thanks for any help.

All of the effects apply at once, so the target makes all applicable saving throws. Then all effects are applied.
