Complete scoundrel, at pag 89.

Speedy ascent text says:
"if you succed on a climb check to move at least 10 feet, you can move an extra 10 feet as a part of that action"
Now don't matter what it is this Speedy ascent, but only explain me... Is that 10 feet extra movement a normal movement or a climb movement
Ex. If i make a climb check to move me for 10 feet i can climb another 10 feet, or if i climb 10 feet i can move another 10 feet when i reach the top of a building on an horizontal surface?

And if my charater has a climb speed? i could make my climb check and move 30 feet and so on another 10 feet, because horizontal or vertical surface is the same for a PG with a climb speed. Right? thanks a lot

If I understand you right you want to know if your PC can move up a surface 10' reaching the top and then move 10' more on the flat surface. I think the feat is talking about the extra movement on the climb when you hit a surface that you can walk on then you reg speed should kick in. I don't know for sure but I think most Monsters and races that have a climb movement don't really have to make climb checks. You could climb on a flat surface but your reg speed is most of the time better. I would say that part would be up to the DM.

for the first question i know that, but for the second, also a monster with a climb speed have to make a skill check (it could take 10 on dice and have a natural +8 bonus), so did you think he can crawl any 10 feet, because is a normal movement for him?

I'd say yes. But most wouldn't unless the +10' made his/her climb speed higher on flat surfaces than the reg speed.
