creature size categories [Archive] - Wizards Community

09-09-07, 12:04 PM So it's been bugging me for a while now. In the Players Handbook on page 150, I see the picture with the creatures from Dragon to cat to show a visual of the difference in size categories. But where are the actually stats for the ranges in size? Is there not a table somewhere that clearly defines the size range for small, medium, large etc creatures?

Creature sizes are not fully discussed in the Player's Handbook, as player character sizes other than Small or Medium usually bring some problems to a game.

There is more about them in the Monster Manual.
