Well I'm having trouble understanding how the crusader recharges his maneuvers.
I says that:"If, at the end of your turn, you cannot be granted a maneuver because you have no withheld maneuvers remaining, you recover all expanded maneuvers, and a new pair of readied maneuvers is granted to you"
1.Does that mean that if I have an unused maneuver left I get to keep it,and when I receive the new pair of maneuvers I will have a total of 3 ?
2.Or do I lose the maneuvers I have and receive just 2 when I can't get any new withheld maneuvers, and the cycle repeats itself?

Choice 2.

If you put each maneuever on an index card, when it comes time to refresh your maneuevers, you shuffle all the index cards regardless if in your hand or on the discard pile. Start a new draw pile and draw your cards.

I thought so because it would have become confusing otherwise, thanks a lot, just one more thing:
if he is level 20 will he get 2 maneuvers when he gets them refreshed or does he get 4?

Technically a base 20 crusader has a 7(4) setting. He can 'stock' 7 and at the start of combat he's got 4 (random) of that 7 ready to go. So (if I'm not mistaken) in 3 rounds he'll be at full count, so the next round everything randomizes again. He'll get a new set of 4 from his seven and the cycle repeats.

Extra granted maneuver is really helpful, in this case it'd be 7(5), which at any level that +1 ready to go move, actually makes a decent difference.
