weepingminotaur 04-30-07, 01:53 PM	This has been puzzling me for a while, and I've been unable to find any reference to it in the RAW. The spell Ice Storm says that the spell lasts for '1 full round.' What on earth does a full round mean? Does it mean that until the caster's next turn, Ice Storm damage triggers on each character's turn?
Morwen 04-30-07, 02:10 PM	It means that the hails are happening from the turn of the caster until the beginning of his/her next turn. During that time, Listen checks have a -4 penalty and land movement is at half speed. The damage is dealt instantly to everyone within the area; it doesn't get dealt again every time someone's turn comes about. However, if someone enters the area during the duration, that character would also take the listed damage.
