This has been puzzling me for a while, and I've been unable to find any reference to it in the RAW. The spell Ice Storm says that the spell lasts for '1 full round.' What on earth does a full round mean? Does it mean that until the caster's next turn, Ice Storm damage triggers on each character's turn?

It means that the hails are happening from the turn of the caster until the beginning of his/her next turn.

During that time, Listen checks have a -4 penalty and land movement is at half speed.

The damage is dealt instantly to everyone within the area; it doesn't get dealt again every time someone's turn comes about. However, if someone enters the area during the duration, that character would also take the listed damage.
