That is : The defender is flat-footed. The defender cannot see the attacker.Feinting does not make the attacker invisible, or the defender flat-footed. Therefore Uncanny Dodge offers no protection against being Feinted. Skill in sensing the motives of others, perceptiveness and good combat training are what protect against feints.
