What does shadowblade feat do?

Insightful Strike just lets you do more damage as an insight bonus based on your Intelligence. There is no written clause in its wording that would intrisically allow it to natively bypass any form of DR.

Shadow Blade is from the Tome of Battle. It adds your Dex modifier to damage if you meet certain conditions.

They're bonuses to the weapon damage. Add it all together and then subtract the DR from the entire sum. So they can help some damage get past DR, but don't automatically bypass it.

If by "overcome" you are asking, do these bonuses count towards exceeding the DR limit and thusly causeing actual damage? Then yes they do, but as stated previously, they do not bypass(negate) DR. Only weapon properties do that: metal used, energy type, alignment type, or any combination of the previous.
